Moss Vale Local Court, also known as Moss Vale Court House, is located at 356 Argyle Street in central Moss Vale. The courthouse was originally built in 1923 and has become the local judicial centre for Moss Vale. It also services nearby Bowral after Bowral courthouse closed in 2005.
Moss Vale Local Court handles diverse criminal and traffic cases, including those related to drink driving and traffic infringements. Typically, legal proceedings start at the Local Court, primarily dealing with summary offences like disorderly conduct and drink driving. However, the Court will also deal with more serious charges in their early stages – before they are moved to the District Court.

Picton Local Court House is a heritage-listed courthouse that first opened in 1865.
Located at 88 Argyle Street in central Picton, the courthouse is a short drive from Morrisons office.

Picton Local Court does not sit every day, but the Registry is open Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 4.00pm.
